Updating your shareholder details

If you wish to access your personal holding information or update your details, please contact the company secretary via email info@bluecarbons2c.com. The BC-S2C share register will be transferred to a leading registry service provider for the Australian securities industry that delivers innovative and effective solutions to financial institutions and their investors. The shareholder self-service portal (once established) will be a convenient way of managing your shareholding details.
 

Communication throughout the year

News updates will be released throughout the year, highlighting material developments around approvals, studies, pilots, construction, in-field restoration, commercial agreements, strategic alliances, material adverse events and other matters.
 

Receiving shareholder communications

Receiving your shareholder communications electronically is the best way to stay informed and will help us minimise paper usage. Please let us know if you would like to receive certain documents in physical form. We will assume electronic form via e-mail is sufficient unless instructed otherwise in writing. Please ensure you update your e-mail details if they change.
 

Annual reports & AGMs

Blue Carbon S2C is currently a “Pty Ltd company” but is planning on becoming a public unlisted “Ltd company”.

Once the company has become a “Ltd company” it will then issue annual reports and hold AGMs for shareholders in line with its Constitution.
